Refund Policy
This policy explains how TRB Creation ("we", "us") handles order cancellations, returns, and after-sales service for purchases made on https://trb-creation.com/.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of placing it. After 48 hours your order enters processing and shipping, and can no longer be cancelled or refunded. If there are any special circumstances regarding your order, we will contact you directly.
Refunds for cancelled orders are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Proof of Delivery — Please Record Your Unboxing
Please take photos or a short video when you receive and unbox your package. This evidence is required for any claim involving damaged items, missing accessories, wrong items, or items not matching the listing description.
Please also retain the item and all packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
Returns — Brand-New Items
- Contact us at admin@trb-creation.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. We will provide the return address — please do not ship anything back before receiving our confirmation.
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Opened items cannot be returned.
- Shipping costs and refund amount:
- If the issue is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, item not as described), we will cover all costs, including return shipping, and you will receive a full refund.
- If the issue is not on our side (e.g. change of mind), return shipping is your responsibility, and the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Quality Issues — 30-Day Free Service
We do not offer refunds for quality issues. Instead, within 30 days of delivery, contact us with your unboxing photos/video and:
- if the product has a serious quality problem, we will provide free repair or replacement service;
- if the listing states the product includes accessories that were missing from your package, we will send you the missing accessories free of charge.
Replacements and reshipments are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Pre-Owned Items
All pre-owned items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Each pre-owned item is individually graded and photographed. Its condition is as shown by the condition grade, actual photos, and description on its product page. Included items (original packaging, accessories, certificates, etc.) are also as stated on the product page.
Pre-owned items are covered by the same 30-day free service for serious quality problems described above.
Exceptions — contact us within 7 days of delivery, with your unboxing photos/video, if:
- the item you received differs significantly from the listing description or photos, or
- you received the wrong item.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows your package is lost in transit or has not moved for an extended period, please contact our customer service — we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a reshipment or refund.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us — we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
