MEET TIER 5
Our membership system is expanding from four levels to five, with updated qualification thresholds, points multipliers and member discounts.
The highest level brings 1.5× points and a 10% member discount. Your active tier and available benefits are shown in your Rewards account.
Member discounts and Judge.me review rewards are separate benefits. The monthly 1-use review limit does not apply to Tier 5 membership discounts.

All amounts are USD. New qualification thresholds use eligible spending over the latest 60 days. Member discounts cannot be combined with other discounts. Your account shows your currently active benefits during the rollout.
HOW 90-DAY TIER RETENTION WILL WORK
We're preparing a separate 90-day membership retention cycle, with lower spending targets for keeping your tier. Upgrade qualification will continue to use the 60-day spending thresholds listed above.
- Keep your tier for a full 90 days. Joining or moving up a tier starts a new full retention cycle.
- Build up qualifying spending during that cycle. Multiple paid orders can count together, using eligible merchandise spending after discounts and refunds. Taxes, shipping and gift-card payments do not count.
- Renew your tier or move down one level. Meeting your tier's target renews it for another 90 days. If the target is not met, the planned rule moves you down one tier.

USD. These are planned targets; the new retention system has not been activated. The order that unlocked your tier and spending used for a previous retention cycle will not count again toward a new cycle. This membership cycle is separate from points expiry.

90-DAY POINTS WINDOW
Your points balance now expires after 90 days without qualifying rewards activity. Earning or redeeming points refreshes the countdown.
14 DAYS TO USE NEW REWARDS
Newly redeemed gift and cash discount rewards are now valid for 14 days. Check the expiry date on each reward, especially codes issued before this update.
POINTS FOLLOW PAID ORDERS
Purchase points are earned on paid orders using eligible merchandise spending. Discounts, taxes, shipping and gift-card payments do not count. Refunds and order changes can adjust earned points.
UPDATED REDEMPTION REWARDS
Gift redemption costs have been updated, with options starting from 450 points. Cash reward denominations remain unchanged. Website-sharing points can now be earned once per customer.

THE SPIN-TO-WIN EVENT HAS ENDED
From October 12, 2026, the store's spin-to-win wheel promotion is removed. You can continue to earn rewards through genuine reviews and our membership program.

Do I need to leave a positive review to receive the discount?
No. Please share your honest purchase experience. The review reward is not tied to a positive score.
How do I receive my review discount code?
After submitting your genuine Judge.me review, contact us through the store's online chat to request your 10% discount code. Review-earned 10% discounts can be used once per customer, per month.
Does the monthly 1-use limit affect Tier 5?
No. The limit applies only to 10% discounts earned through Judge.me reviews. Tier 5's 10% membership benefit is separate.
How will I keep my membership tier?
The planned system gives you a full 90-day cycle. Meeting the retention target for your tier renews it for another 90 days; missing the target moves you down one level. Planned targets are $500 / $1,500 / $3,000 / $6,000 for Tiers 2 / 3 / 4 / 5. This system is still being prepared and is not active yet.
How do I get my birthday discount?
Contact our online customer service team on your birthday for your code. Birthday discounts are 8% for Tier 2, 10% for Tier 3, 12% for Tier 4 and 15% for Tier 5. The code is valid for 2 days and can be used for 1 order only.
Are points expiry and tier retention the same thing?
No. Points expire after 90 days without qualifying rewards activity. The separate, planned 90-day tier-retention cycle uses qualifying purchase spending to decide whether to renew your membership tier.
What happens to a reward I already redeemed?
Check the expiry date displayed on that individual reward. The new 14-day validity applies to newly redeemed gift and cash discount rewards.
