The billet starts as alternating layers of zirconium and titanium alloy, forge welded, drawn and restacked, then twisted or pressed to set the figure. Figures recorded in the TRB knowledge base include wave, weave, peen and ice crystal patterns. Because the figure runs through the full thickness of the billet, makers machine around it: on some higher trim editions weight relief holes are deleted so the pattern stays unbroken across the face.

The etched surface is stable in daily carry. Zirconium darkens slightly as it rides in a pocket, which deepens the contrast rather than hurting it. A soft cloth wipe is all the routine care it needs; avoid aggressive abrasives, which flatten the etch and dull the figure.

Every billet figures differently, so no two Zircuti pieces share the same pattern, and a photograph of the actual piece matters more here than in any solid metal. In the families TRB tracks, Zircuti editions are usually cut in small numbers alongside the standard titanium and zirconium builds, sitting at the collectible end of the run.
