Original magnetic axles
The original handheld form changes number combinations through independent rotating axles. Magnet count changes feedback; adding or removing axle modules changes overall length.

2.0: turn the dice and random-event wheel
The dice retain adjustable magnetic-axle feedback. A new 12-term random-event wheel on the base allows feedback adjustment through magnet count.

Two 2.0 seventh-anniversary specials
The 11 November 2024 lucky-bag list names steel and zirconium specials, with 50 allocated to each. This is not a lifetime production total.
Keep weights configuration-specific
Do not automatically apply the standard 490 g and 436.5 g weights to the specials.

Existing dice and the new base
The 2.0 launch describes moving existing handle-version dice into the no-dice base. This establishes a specific assembly relationship, not universal interchangeability of all parts.

The documented no-dice 2.0 base accepts dice from the handle version. Check which configuration your dice belong to.
Compare complete-set weights
Standard 2.0 complete sets are listed at 490 g for steel and 436.5 g for zirconium. These values do not describe the original, 1.0 or anniversary configurations.
The 1.0 source name and pictured identity remain unresolved, so this guide does not recommend an unconfirmed configuration.
